Filed by his mother, Mrs. Frances Gibson, the suit charges the boy was “wrongfully and unlawfully imprisoned” for about an hour March For this alleged action, the suit asks $2500 damages. Theater employees accused him of larceny, the sult adds, while the youth was being held. Damages of $5000 are asked for this alleged action, Miss Mary Miller is attorney for the youth and his mother.
