Igoe today! |approved a 10-year reorganization | plan for the Chicago, Indianapolis. and Louisville railroad and ap-| pointed three trustees to interests a buyer or user, Judge Igoe named as trustee president of the Pirst National bank; Arthur T. Leonard, vice pres-! ident of the City National bank,! and John D., Dwyer of Otis and Co.| | Judge Ikoe set May 1 as the ef{fective date of the reorganization plan recommended by the interstate commerce commission. He denied a’ motion to delay the reorganization land scheduled a hearing for an or-' der on the turnover for April 24. | The 328-mile railroad, known as the Monon route, runs from Chi-| cago to Louisville through Indianap-| olis. Under the reorganization, plan! the trustees will seek to interest major railroads in using the trackage or to find a purchaser of the Inailrond’s securittes.
