NURSES AT DENVER HOSPITAL TO ‘STRIKE’
DENVER, March 15 (U, P).— More than 50 registered nurses at Denver General hospital submitted their resignations yesterday in a “strike” over who should be in charge of nursing activities. Hospital officials said the nurses, representing a major part of the hospital staff, announced ‘they would quit their jobs April 1 unless Miss Frieda Off is given authority over them. Miss Off is director of the nurses training school and the hospital nursing service.’

In view of the scarcity of building materials, this sounds like a good idea. But what I want to know is whether the brick business will still be good in {10 or 20 years. What do you say? A—The best thing for you te do {is to go to your Veterans’ informa{tion center and give them your problem. If there isn't such a
{center in your town, it would be wise to seek the advice of an |established local businessman whom you know and trust. There are many local factors which would
govern the success of a business. It is impossible for me to say what your chances for- success are. QI have a chance to get a gov-ernment-guaranteed loan and buy into a business, but my wife says that if I get the loan I won't draw any bonus which the government might give later, and that most veterans will fail if they ‘go into business, Is this true?

your ability and the nature of the business you intend to enter, The
