MOSCOW, March 14. — Russian N fentists have perfected a rejuv-

hdvance of old age and which— ver a span of many generations— ay ultimately prolong the normal! uman life to 100 or 150 years. But don’t throw away that cane] nd light out for Moscow. Soviet biologists want it clearly: underitood that the fountain of youth ust doesn't exist. Not yet, anyway, Their discovery is not a magical hlixir of life, but a laboriously-de-eloped serum which helps prevent bodily deterioration. Beyond ‘Experiment’ Stage The serum, known as “ACS,” preserves the connective tissue linking he bodily cells with the blood veskels and stimulates cellular activty thereby improving the work of all the organs and ultimately extending the life’ span. ACS already is far beyond the experimental stage and is heing used clinically all over the Soviet jon. It has proved effective in the treatment of broken bones and all kinds of wounds. ‘ Soviet scientists say that children at Leningrad whose growth was stunted by the privations of the city’s siege began to grow again when they were injected with the new serum. Several prominent Moscow actors and artists—all in their 60's—are known to be taking the serum periodically with an attendant improve-

ment in their working capacity and

general fitness. Sees 100-Year Life Span
