- a ..|Resigns as Coach LEBANON, March 8 (U. P).—~ Willlam (Doc) Heath, head basketball coach at Lebanon high school since 1944, resigned today. He said the pressure of coaching had aggravated a physical disability he received in the army. « Heath was assistant coach here from September of 1940, until he entered service in January of 1943. His 1944-45 quintet won eight out of 20 games and then lost its first sectional start, Lebanon again lost its sectional. this - time; after splitting even fh 20 regular season games.
