WASHINGTON, March 4 (U, B). —A special train bearing President | Truman ‘and Winston Churchill leaves here today for Fulton, Mo, where the famed British war leader delivers an address tomorrow: § at Westminster college. Informed. quarters here said Mr. Churchill's speech would be a strong plea to the United States and Britain to map their foreign policies along similar lines. He was said to feel that other British commonwealth “nations should also implement their policies with this country's wherever possible. About 100 persons, including 63 reporters, will accompany the President and Mr. Churchill. After the Briton’s speech tomorrow, he and Mr. Truman will go to Columbus, O., where the President on Wednesday will address the Federal Council of Churches of Christ in America. During Churchill's absence, his [wife and daughter will remain at {the British embassy, They will -he |entertained at luncheon tomorrow by Mrs. Truman. The White House also revealed today preliminary plans for another presidential trip April 6.
