Additional men are needed to reach a goal of 100, according to H. B. Mullendore, chair man of employment committee for the Indiana department of American Legion. Merrill D. Cummins, Indianapolis! regional office manager for Veterans’ Administration, has announced after-school employment will not disrupt servicemen’s class attendance and study periods.

80 Cents an Hour

Applicants must pass a civil service examination and are placed in a position offering a wage scale of approximately 80 cents an hour. Duke Baker, recruitment . placement officer for the Veterans’ Administration office in Chicago, is cooperating with local American Legion officials in seeking student workers.

Veterans interested in employment are asked to apply at the administration’s office in the Old Trails building, Washington st. and Senate ave.

Judge John L. Niblack of municipal court will address the dinner for “rushees” given by Phi Delta Delta legal fraternity at 6:30 p. m. tomorrow in the Canary cottage.
