P.).-~Large stockpiles of creosote still burned today from a fire which ranged through the Kopper Co.'s railway tie processing plant last night, causing damage estimated at $1,000,000. ¢ The fire, which ‘leveled three buildings and destroyed large amounts of costly materials, was brought under control after biasing for six hours.
