BURNED TO DEATH BOONVILLE, Feb. 18 (U. P).— James Sims, 53, a former Cannelton resident, burned to death Saturday when fire damaged his home. Fire Chief Dondld Wilder said the fire apparently was caused when Sims set his bed afire while smoking.
