Mrs, Parr, a resident of Indianapolis 79 years, died Thursday in Lafayeute Soldiers’ home, where she lived seven years. She was 89. Active in club work for many years, she had been a volunteer worker for the old Dime Savings and Loan Co. and the Family Welfare society. She was a member of the Trinity Methodist church and 20th Cenry club of West Indianapolis and a past president of Gordon Woman’s Relief corps. Het husband, W. E. Parr, died seven years ago. Survivors are three sons, Charles, Ernest and Grover, and two daughters, Mrs. Anna Venable and Mrs. Guy Hoyt, all of Indianapolis.
