West, president of the board of directors, will give the association's annual report, and Dr. George W. Bowman, state board of health head, and Dr. Gerald PF. Kempf, city health board director, also will speak. Other organizations sponsoring the meeting are the Indianapolis Medical society and the Indianapolis Congress of Parents and Teachers. Dr, Clarke has been a: member of the American national. social |hygierre group since 1914, serving as field secretary, European = Tepresentative and medical director before becoming executive secretary. He is also clinical professor of public health practice in Harvard university and consultant to the secretary of war. A veteran of world war I, Dr, Clarke has also been consultant to the United States office of Indian affairs and the New York state health department.
