SLUM CLEARANCE | PLANS GO FORWARD,

Progress is being made in ln city's. slum clearance planning on the Northwest side, delayed only by the unpredictable housing situa tion of the future.

A report made yesterday by Director Otto K. Jensen to members tof thé Indianapolis redevelopment commission disclosed that almost three-fourths of the area has beén appraised.
