Joan Haywood and Maj. Joseph Gray To Be Wed in Advent Episcopal Church

POCKETS OF TRAILING EVERGREENS and red Rome Glory roses will outline the walls of the Advent Episcopal church when Miss Joan Haywood becomes the bride of Maj. Joseph A. Gray, U. S. M. C,, at 4:30 p. m.

today.

The bride is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George P. Haywood Jr. of Lafayette and the niece of Mr.

Maj. Gray is the son of

Mrs. Campbell Gray of Mishawaka and the late Rt. Rev. Gray, bishop of the northern Indiana diocese of the Episcopal church.

The Junior auxiliary to the Indianapolis Day nursery has mailed invitations for its “Mardi Gras Ball” to be given Feb. 23 in the Indianapolis Athletic club. Co-chairmen of the invitations committee are Mrs. D. C. Duck and
