Essex, director of the division of school buildings of the New York state department of education, and Francis R. Scherer, architect and superintendent of school buildings for the Rochester (N. Y.) board of education. Charles Lutz, superintendent of Gary schools, will preside over the sessions which will be attended by school administrators, schodl board members, architects and others interested in the construction, main.
