Four members of a Speedway City family were overcome by smoke early today in a fire which caused $2500 damage to their home at 1811 Christopher lane. Floyd - Kessler and his son, Jack, were in Methodist hospital recovering from the effects of the fumes while Mrs. Kessler and a daughter, Barbara, were treated by a private physician. The family was awakened by the smoke and escaped through a bed-
