The art department of the Women’s Department club held its annual . Hoosier Salon day yesterday at Block's where the salon’s exhibit is on display. Forty-five members and guests attended a luncheon in the store's tearoom before making a gallery tour. . - George Snyder was the luncheon chairman. At the speakers’ table were Mrs. Blasingham and Mrs. E. G. Kayser, art department chajrman and secretary; Mrs. Carl Weinhardt, W. D. C. president. Mrs. Leonidas Smith, executive secretary of the Hoosier Salon Patrong association; Mrs. Frank Hummel of Chicago, a trustee of the association; Mrs. Hugh J. Baker, donor of a purchase prize for the show, and Mrs. George Van Dyke, the art department's counselor.
