Survivors include his wife, Mrs Mabel L. Malady; his father, Frank Malady, Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Richard Burnett and Mrs. Oscar Nysted, Chicago, and a brother-in-law, Andrew Donlan, Indianapolis.
