Grover E. Casey, 23, held in Bt. Louis in connection with the kidnaping and murder of Susanne Degnan, Chicago, is also wanted by Indianapolis police. He escaped from the Isolation hospital here last August following his arrest in connection with the holdup of Mrs. Lou Treon, 30, of 2320 Selby st. “Locat-police were advised that St. Louis would release Casey to them if the FBI did not file kidnaping charges as indicated yesterday. Casey was accused of sending telegrams to the kidnaped girl's parents before her body was found.

Commission members estimated that under -these ocontracts, the state's share of earnings at Spring Mill, Pakagon and McCormick's - Creek would be creased $75,000 annually.

NINE RE-ELECTED TO STATE FAIR BOARD

All nine members of the State Fair board whose terms have expired were re-elected to the board today by representatives of county and district fair ‘associations and breeders associations meeting at the Lincoln hotel. Members renamed to the board were Albert C. Derr of Boonville, Paul G. Moffett of Indianapolis, P. L. White of Oxford, A. G. Norrick of Muncie, Charles Morris of Salem, O. L. Reddish of Crawfordsville, U, C. Brouse of Kendallville, Levi P. Moore of Rochester and Robert Graham Jr. of Washington. Mr. Graham, who is in service, was elected in absentia. Other fair board members are holdover members elected at last year’s conven~ tion for two-year terms. The board was scheduled to elect its officers later today.
