Mahaffey picked up. four points himself and had a total -of 46. Twenty-nine are goals in which he also leads the league. . - The biggest gain was by Murdo McKay, Buffalo Bison center, who made nine points and moved from 10th to second, tying Paul Courteau, New Haven, and Wally Wilson, Pittsburgh, also centers, with points each.
