A fast breaking, smooth-passing Louisville university basketball team handed Coach Tony Hinkle's Butler Bulldogs their first home loss of the season, 51-41, last night at the Fairview fieldhouse, Coach Bernard Hickman’s quintet led all the way after ‘the first two minutes after the Hinklemen had taken a 2-0 lead on free throws by Jerry Cranny and Herod Toon. Art Cook hit a pivot shot for Butler’s first field goal. With three minutes of play remaining in the first half the Bulldogs pulled to within four points of the visitors on baskets by Humbert and Cook to make the score 10-15.
