NEXT ATTRACTION in the Martens concerts series will be Alicia Markova and Anton Dolin with their ballet ensemble, appearing at the English theater Monday night, Jan, 7. Schooled under the late Serge Diaghilev; Miss Markova and Mr, Dolin headed their own company once before, touring their native Great Britain during the years following the death of Diaghilev and Pavlova. Last season they appeared in New York in Billy Rose's spectacular musical, “The Seven Lively Arts.” Included in their repertoire this season are Chopin's “Les Sylphides,” Tchalkovski's “Nut cracker Suite” and “Princess Aurora,” “The Dying Swan,” made famous by Pavlova, and Cesare Pugni's “Romantic Suite.”

HOLLYWOOD, Dec. 18 (U, P.).— Film star Harold Lloyd today was the winner in a $44,102 damage suit against Universal Pictures, which he charged plagiarized scenes from his silent picture “Movie Crazy." The award was made yesterday by Federal Judge Ben Hsrrison who ruled that Universal had taken scenes bodily from the old Lloyd comedy, and ‘used them in their own picture “So's Your Uncle.”
