WICHITA, Kas, Dec. 12 (U.P). —QGypsies throughout the country refrained from dancing, singing and fortune telling today in memory of their queen mother. Lappy Marks, 70-year-old queen of the nation’s five gypsy tribes, was buried late yesterday in Maple
