‘ENTERING WITH HER BROTHER, Capt. H. Jerome Noel, the-
bride will wear a white duchess satin gown fashioned with a romance neckling and long tapered sleeves edged with Point Venise lace. The basque of the gown is fitted and the gathered skirt, - accented in front by a princess panel, exterids into a full-length train. The bride's tiered full-length veil of imported illusion will be attached to a shirred Juliet cap accented with bands of satin. She will carry an arrangement of white carnation petals and gardenias with a center of white orchids. . * Mrs, Noel, sister-in-law of the bride, will be the matron of honor, and Miss Carol Anne Noel will be her sister's maid of honor, Their frocks of white catoir taffeta are fashioned with Florentine
