Laughs at Questions About His Political Future.

NEW YORK, Nov, 20 (U, P.)~— Lt. Cmdr. Franklin D. Roosevelt Jr. said today that he would join a Manhattan law firm after Dec. 3, and laughingly side-stepped all questions concerning his political future. . Many observers, however, believe that F. D. R.'s handsome third son, recently discharged from the navy, is busily planning to follow in the footsteps of his famous father.
