Felton, who was 56, died Saturday in his home. - A veteran Indianapolis policeman, he had been a member of the force since 1927 He had been working as bailiff in juvenile court for several years, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and Southport Masonic lodge. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Alfra Pelton; his mother, Mrs. Emma Ray; a son, Carl W. Felton, and a granddaughter, Barbara Felton, Indianapolis.
