SAYS RUSSIA FACES NUMEROUS DANGERS

MOSCOW, Oct. 28 (U. P).— President Mikhail Kalinin, in a speech published today, warned that the Soviet Union still faces numerous dangers despite the defeat of its principal enemies. “After the greatest victory in history,” he told peasant district leaders, “we must not forget for one minute the fundamental fact that our country is the sole socialist state in the world. “Accomplished victory does not signify that all dangers have been eliminated for our state existence and our soclalist system. . . . “We have won, become stronger and improved our territorial and strategic position. Now everything

Vl | must be strengthened.”
