Dr, C. E. Sowards of Bluffton was elected president of the Indiana Chiropractors association yesterday at its 35th annual convention at the Hotel Lincoln. Other officers elected. are: Dr. A. B. Smith of Elkhart, vice president; Dr, Clark Grove of Ft. Wayne, -secretary-treasurer; Dr,
H, K. McIlroy of Indianapolis and Dr. Roy Angress of Decatur, directors, and Dr, C. F. Kaiser of Connersville, Indiana State Director of the N. C, A. Mrs. C. B. Ellis of Indianapolis was elected president of the womauxiliary yesterday, with Mrs. D. H. Denlinger of Elkhart as vice president; Mrs. W. I. Crone of Martinsville, secretary; Mrs. C. F. Kaiser of Connersville, treasurer; Dr. Esta Finley of Indianapolis counselor, and Mrs. Frank Wright of Intianapolis, historian. : Fund for Research 4 The Chiropractic Research Foundation has raised more than $260,000 of its. million-dollar goal set up a year ago for funds to maintain research . facilities and equip college laboratories, Dr. Frank O. Logie, vice president. of the foundation, announced. The million-dollar goal is set for professional ranks alone and after it has been attained, a public drive will be made to obtain a much larger sum. for the endowment of hospitals, clinics and colleges, The woman's auxiliary of the association voted to equip a room in the D.
