BERLIN, Oct. 19 British army newspaper Der Berliner sald yesterday that Adolf Hitler's * half brother, asked the Hamburg police for permission to change Hiller. “For the future it seems to me impossible to continue the use of my surname, inasmuch as the name makes it difficult for me to conduct my business and creates difficulties in relations with others,” Hitler's petition was quoted.
