Wayne, and Mrs. Margaret Taylor Shephard, head of the Evansville college music department. P) ~The official Soviet news agency Tass said last night that the Big Three agreed at Berlin to discuss with Turkey the revision of the Montreux agreement, which governs shipping through the Dardanelles, The Tass dispatch, broadcast by Radio Moscow, sald that representatives of the United States, Britain and Russia will conduct direct conversations with the Turks because “the agreement “does not correspond to the present situation. Tass said that reports published in the United States that the Big Three agreed to approach Turkey individually on the question “are not correct.”
