Colglazier, a graduate of Salem high school and Indiana university, was a member of Sigma Chi and Alpha Chi Sigma, honorary chemistry fraternity. He enlisted several days after Pearl Harbor and went to active duty in October, 1942. His parents are Mr, and Mrs. Alvin R. Colglazier, Salem, and he is the nephew of Dr. and Mrs. J. C. Rhea, Beech ‘Grove. Three Indiana soldiers also have been listed as liberated from Japanese prison camps. They are Pvt. Lawrence Norris, Albany; Pvt, Clement P. Schmitt, Evansville, and Pvt.
