Affairs Committee Arranges Tea PLANS FOR THE OPENING TEA of the Civic theater affairs committee have been announced by Mrs. Harry T. Pritchard, committee president. The event will be held from 3 until 5 p. m, Wednesday in the home of Mrs. Kurt F. Pantzer. A workshop skit has been arranged by Mrs. Ronald M. Hazen and will be presented by Mrs. Emily Hislop and Dick Eisenbach. Music will be provided by Miss Marilyn Muivihill. Special guests will be honorary members of the affairs committee. They include Mesdames Niles Chapman, Carl Lieber, J. W. Coffey, R. Hartley Sherwood, William A. Coleman, J. A. Goodman, R. T.
