‘Peeping Tom’ Cuts

Holes in Doors

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (U. .P.).—~There were 35 or more very red faces in Washington today, A policeman discovered that a gimlet-packing “Peeping Tom" had cut tiny holes in 35 apartment doors in such a way as to give a full view of the occupant's bedroom. One of the red faces was that of the policeman, Frank MecLaughlin. He found out about the holes because there was one in his door, ; The discovery came when the burly, 240 - pound ‘McLaughlin turned off his bedside reading lamp, and noticed a pinpoint of light in his hall door..
