Says Americans Are Going Crazy

CINCINNATI, Sept. 20 (U, P.). —Americans slowly are going crazy, Ralph Borsodi, founder of the School of Living Institute, New York, said today. That’s putting the cart before the horse.” Borsodi, who accurately fore cast the 1920 crash a year ahead, predicts a far worse crash’ to fol« low in the wake of the war.
