LUENEBURG, Sept. 17 (U, P.) ~~ Josef Kramer, “the beast of Bele sen,” and 45 other Germans went on trial betore a British military
ting atrocities at the notorious Belsen concentration camp. Nineteen women were among the defendants in the first mass trial of war criminals by the British, They were brought to justice in a con verted gymnasium,
Dads now has an active membership of more than 2400 fathers. An investigation of universities in the state will be made by the association, to see if Indiana veterans are being charged non-resi-dent tuition fees, At the convention it was reported that many universities in the country had been charging boys this extra fee although the veteran had lived In that state for many years. Through efforts of the War Dads some of the universities stopped the practice.
