Ends Well.

| & hectic life in “Junior Miss,” which | opened yesterday at the Indiana. The comedy of errors gets off to {a quick and dangerous start when | Peggy as Judy Graves decides her | father, Harry (Allyn Joslyn) ig in love with his boss’ daughter. Fearing her poor mother, Grace (Sylvia Field), will be completely cut out by such youthful competition, 13-year-old Judy dives swiftly into action and intrigue. Love Triumphs At this scene, bachelor Uncle Willis (Michael Dunn) puts in a timely appearance, He, she decides, must steal daddy's “young flame” away. To round out Uncle Willis’ personality, Judy puts her imagination into high gear and comes up with the fact that he has just been freed from prison, Amazingly enough Ellen, the boss’ daughter, and Uncle Willis do fall in love—the only part of Judy's scheme which comes out as planned. Among the unscheduled Incidents are the loss of daddy's job, the al-most-social-downfall of Judy's 17-year-old sister, Lols (Mona Freeman) and above all, the miracu-

lously happy ending. 3

Harrison is trying Comedian Harold Lloyd's $400,000 plagiarism suit against Universal Pictures Co., Inc, which charges that Universal's “So's Your Uncle” was lifted from Lloyd's 1932 picture, “Movie Crazy.” “They look very similar to me,” the judge sald after seeing both
