SETS UP FELLOWSHIP CHICAGO (U. P).~A graduate | fellowship in power system engl neering has been established at the Illinois Institute of Technology. It is financed by the Westinghouse Educational foundation and carries a grant of $3000. It will be awarded !for the first time in July.
