DEAR JANE JORDAN-I am a girl 17 and have been working in a defense plant. I have been engaged to a boy of 22 for seven months.
We are very much in love. We are planning to buy a home and furniture. We both act older than we really are and are settled ‘enough for marriage. But every once in a while he says something about his wife. Just small things such as where they used to go swimming. Once when I was fussing around he said, “I should have - stayed married the first time.” . He. sald he thought she’ fussed too much but guessed she wasn't much worse than others.
