MISS NANCY CONLIN HELLER will become the bride of John Martin Rotz Jr. this afternoon in the home of her sister, Mrs. J. K. Lilly III. The Rev. David Holmes will read the vows at 4:30 o'clock. Miss Heller is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Jackson Heller, Buffalo, N. Y., and the bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Rotz. The bride will wear a white gown fashioned with a long fitted basque, puffed sleeves of tulle and a bouffant English tulle skirt.

Bhe will wear a shoulder veil of illusion, and her bouquet will be of white orchids. Mrs. Lilly will be her sister's only attendant.
