JOSEPH WILKERSON, husband of Mrs. Evelyn Wilkerson, 5406 Burgess ave, will return to the United States some time this month, He has been in Europe since December and served with Patton's 3d army, ALBERT McANANY, seaman 2-¢, is on duty in the South Pacific. He is the son of Mrs. Mildred McAnany, 827 N. Oxford st., and has been in the navy 16 months.

Aboard Destroyer Signalman 1-<¢ Paul E. Kuntz, son of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Kuntz, 2559 Hobart ave. and Radioman 3-c Charles PF. Wolf, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wolf, 604 N. Bradley st., are aboard a destroyer in the Pacific. Their ship is credited with sinking a Jap cargo vessel, a large tug and a smaller cargo ship.

In Mariana Islands 8. Sgt. Gerald R. Glass, son of Mrs, Elizabeth Glass, R. R. 2, is now on Tinian in the Mariana islands with the 58th bombardment wing, the pioneer B-29. unit.

Another local man also on Tinlan in the Marijana islands {is Lt. Robert L. Zinkan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence E. Zinkan, 413 'N Tacoma ave. He is serving as a navigator of a B-29.

First Lt. Mead F. Knight, husband of Mrs. M. F. Knight, 517 E 20th st. has reported to Randolph field in Texas for instructions on the operation of the Superfortress.
