His company was caught on the far side of the river {and it was two days before he could | be evacuated back to the lines. He is the husband of Mrs. Merlin Reynolds, Lafayette. Two brothers, Pvt. Calvin Reynolds and Claude Reynolds, who is in the inavy, also are in service.
