William J. Turner, of the army medical corps. Maj. Turner, who discovered the disease in 1930, wrote his uncle, Hugh Q. Turner, South park gamekeeper, asking {f the fox squirrels could still be found there. The major recalled they had been stocked there some years ago.’ He said an English and Swedish scientist are seeking the squirrels whose export has beer” approved by the U, 8. public health service. The county commissioners ap proved the request and ordered the squirrels to be trapped and delivered to the royal transport command for the trip to England.
