“Keep ‘em growing” if you want to be sure of plenty of vegetables for summer and winter use. With an early start at sowing, if your garden soil was not water-logged; you should by now have had lettuce,

spinach, radishes, green onions, ch

ard, young beets, baby carrots, beet

and turnip tops and, I hope, a couple of messes of early peas. The pea,
