Ensign Roger Downs, Judith Gardner Will Be Married Tonight in Chicago.

MISS JUDITH GARDNER and Ensign Roger Hansford Downs, U. S. N. R., will exchange vows at 8:30 o'clock this evening in the Bgthany Union church in Chicago. Mr, and Mrs. Bradley C. Gardner of Chicago - are the bride's parents, and Ensign Downs is the son of "Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur H. Downs of Indianapolis. Miss Barbara Senger of Chicago will be the maid of honor, and the bridesmaids will include Miss Sally Hardy, Waukesha, Wis. 83 Martha Dell Franlin, DeKolb, Ill, and Miss Phyllis Otemba, Chicago. Ensign John Fortine, U. 8. N. R,, Oak Park, Ili, will serve as best man, and the ushers will be Capt. Bradley C. Gardner Jr, the bride's brother, and: Peter Barker, both of Chicago. Following a teception in the Gardner home, the couple will leave for a wedding trip. Sunnyside Guild Plans Tea . ‘

A SILVER ANNIVERSARY guest tea will be given Tuesday by the Sunnyside guild. The tea will be in Ayres auditorium.
