Lee, Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce safety council chair- | Ymaun, introduced Mr. Jones. “Many a G. 1. Joe will come back from the war to a home that is not much safer than the foxhole he has! been using on the battlefront,” Mr. | Jones said. The speaker's suggestions in re-| ducing home accidents included] checking homes thoroughly for hazards and then eliminating them, | and secondly, that every member of! the family acquire safety consciousness and safe habits. In conclusion, he congratulated | the safety division of the Chamber of Commerce and all those who | hélped in the home safety program. | A skit, “Be It Ever So Jumbled,” was given by the Indianapolis Council of Parent-Teacher Associations.
