The Taggart living room was decorated with white garden flowers including single peonies and aelphiniuni. Escorted by her father, the bride was gowned in shadow organdy The dress was fashioned with a square neckline, fitted bodice, short puffed sleeves and a gathered skirt forming a train. Her full length veil of illusion and rose point lace cascaded from a matching lace cap. The veil was her mother's. She carried a-bouquet of single white peonies and syringa.
