Mrs. Ruth S. Fowler, reporter] for the Marion County . criminal court, died today at City hospital. She was 42. Mrs. Fowler had been a court reporter for more than 20 years. A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, she was a graduate of Indiana university and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. !
