Johnston, chairman of the American Cancer society's control campaign, has announced that postmen will be permitted to receive envelopes containing contributions to the campaign. The order was fissued by Post master Frank C. Walker. Envelopes may be simply addressed “Cancer.” All such contributions will be eredited to the counties from which they come, Mr. Johnston said.
