JANE JORDAN

Put yeur problems in & letter to Jane Jordan, who will answer po questions in this column dally.

DEAR JANE JORDAN-I received a letter from my. husband who told. me not to go see his mother because she had found out that I smoked and drank. So does my husband, and before we were married he always went with me and we drank together. Why do nosey old mothers-in-law have to sticktheir noses in their sons and daughters-in-law’'s business?

I know. that all mothers-in-law are not like that! I don’t step out on my husband. My mother-in-law has only been in S a. my house once and three of my ' sisters - in - law have never been over to see mealthough ‘they expect me to come to see them two or three times a week,

1 work nights in a defense plant
