PHILADELPHIA, March 17.—The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts here has bought “Fourth of ‘July” by Mrs. Constance Coleman Richardson of Detroit, Mich, formerly of Indimnapolis. The picture was one of nine paintings which the academy purchased from its recent 140th annual exhibition.
