It all adds up to a big job in this great and growing city of nearly half a million people. , It is the biggest transportation job Red Cab has had during its 16 years of public service in Indianapolis. And, it is being done with Jfewer—and older—cabs.
STORIE s
9,740,827 MILES IN ‘44
In the course of supplying this transportation service to about 500,000 people a month in Indianapolis and Marion county last year, Red Cabs rolled up more than nine and one-half million miles. That is 390 times around the worlds And Red Cab did it with more passengers and fewer cabs than ever before in its history pf 16 years in public service.

The meter in your Red Cab is your assurance of correct fare. Your driver is expected to set the meter in operation when.you begin your trip. You pay only what the meter reads. If you are going beyond the city limits you'll likely pay a-flat rate. Ask your driver for a folder which will give you'the fare established for your trip.

If you feel our service has not been satisfactory—or you have a suggestion that you believe would improve it—won’t you please let us kaow? Just phone Red Cab, RI 1515. And remember to give us the mimber of your Red Cab on any réport. The number is on the face of the meter—and on thie sides and on the back of the car.
